Lucidly is a sophisticated tool that efficiently gathers vital health data during your sleep using your watch. These readings are meticulously analyzed through advanced artificial intelligence algorithms to detect when you reach the rapid eye movement (REM) stage of your sleep cycle. Once REM is identified, the watch alerts you through tactile or audible signals, allowing you to choose to recognize the signal within your dream state or wake up and attempt to re-enter REM using various lucid dreaming techniques. Lucidly stands out as the pioneer application tailored to target this specific sleep phase, merging health data, machine learning, and haptic feedback.
Lucidly seamlessly integrates with Apple's health kit, requiring user permission to access and store data. The application employs neural networks to predict REM patterns while you are asleep, boasting an accuracy rate exceeding 80%, although REM inference remains an estimation and results may differ.
